X-Factor: Why is there a debate whether or not to put any of the first 4 singers in a chair?  There are 4 chairs, put all 4 in a chair even if they suck, you can swap them for anyone that comes after the first 4.  Why send anyone home when there is an empty chair unless it's just for the entertainment of making someone feel worse...
